Kelly Taskaev
Kelly Taskaev is a Bay Area-based narrative illustrator with special interests in KidLit, comics, graphic novels, and horror illustration. She is influenced by her role as a mother and her passion for the horror genre to inspire many of her works. Kelly is experienced in both traditional and digital mediums, with special attention to drawing using interesting perspectives and color palettes. Her work was shown in the CSU East Bay Rising Artist Show in Spring 2025 and she also created a winning t-shirt design for CSUEB in Fall 2025. Kelly is currently a Senior at CSU East Bay where she is studying for her BFA in Illustration. She plans to graduate Spring 2027.
